- Funding Available from the American Rescue Plan to Support Economic Development through Outdoor Recreation U.S. Economic Development Administration
The EDA has announced the availability of $750 million in funding from the American Rescue Plan to support economic development through outdoor recreation. Of this, $510 million is designated for state tourism grants, and $240 million is designated for competitive grants to help communities suffering from COVID-related challenges in the travel, tourism, and outdoor recreation sectors.
